Terms of Service

By engaging D&E Electrical Tower Services, LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

D&E Electrical Tower Services, LLC agrees to provide electrical tower construction, maintenance, inspection, and related services as outlined in your specific proposal, work order, or contract.

2. Payment

Payment terms are defined in your contract or proposal. We reserve the right to pause or reschedule work in the event of late or missed payments.

3. Cancellation

Contracts may be cancelled in accordance with the notice provisions stated in your agreement. Mobilization, materials, and other incurred costs may remain billable upon cancellation.
